The following privacy policy is provided to all customers when the customer relationship is first established as part of the account opening documents and annually each January.

Electronic access to personal information in our systems is also limited to New Accounts and Credit personnel. These procedurals safeguards are designed to protect your non-public information. We do not rent or sell your personal information to anyone.

Disclosure to Non-Affiliated Third Parties

Tradonomi LLC does not disclose information to non-affiliated parties thus an opt-out notice is not relevant.

Also we may disclose information to regulatory authorities as permitted or required by applicable law. For example, we may disclose personal information to cooperate with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies to comply with subpoenas or other official requests, and as necessary to protect our rights or property.
